Our store offers the following pickup/delivery methods:
Wan Chai store self-pickup / SF Express

[In-store pickup]

• After payment, in-stock items will arrive in approximately 1-2 business days. Customers can pick up their items at the store during business hours after receiving a pickup notification, free of charge.

• Due to limited storage space in our stores, customers must collect their orders within two weeks of receiving a pickup notification (usually via email or WhatsApp). A storage fee of $20 per day will be charged for late collection. Orders not collected after four weeks will be donated without further notice. Please take note.

SF Express

• Enjoy free shipping on single purchases of $1500 or more.

• In-stock items will be shipped out in approximately 2-3 business days after payment.

• There is no cumulative order merging calculation.

• Free shipping is only applicable to a single shipment and the specified items. If customers need to split their orders, any additional shipping costs will be borne by the customer on a cash-on-delivery basis.
