Return and exchange policy
1. If any problems are found with the goods within 7 days from the date of purchase, please keep all packaging materials, including the original packaging, receipts and related gifts.
2. Contact us within three days, provide photos of the product, and request an exchange.
3. Once we confirm that the condition of the goods meets the requirements of our return policy, we will notify you of your return request as soon as possible.
4. Exchanges will be arranged within seven business days after the goods are returned, but no refunds will be given.
*If we are unable to retrieve the goods within seven days, we reserve the right to cancel the return or exchange.

Returned goods that are more than 7 days old or that were not requested in this return order.
Non-new goods: If the goods are worn or dirty due to human error, or if the returned goods have obvious stains or odors, we reserve the right not to accept returns or exchanges. We reserve the final right to determine whether the goods have obvious stains or odors.
We cannot offer replacement or return services for items that have been opened before completion, have torn or damaged packaging tape or box, or are otherwise damaged by human error. Thank you for your understanding.
Processing on goods, such as printing, does not result in the original product.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, such as color difference, discrepancy from expectations, or feeling that the item does not look good.
*If you cancel your order after payment for personal reasons, a 5% refund fee will be charged. Orders cannot be cancelled once the goods have been shipped.
In-store exchange
You need to present the original receipt and go to the store within seven days to exchange the goods. If the buyer needs the goods to be mailed, the buyer shall bear the round-trip shipping costs.
If the customer does not request any return or exchange within seven business days, the transaction is considered complete, and our store will not bear any legal responsibility, nor will we arrange any replacement or refund.
If the returned product does not comply with our return policy, it will not be processed. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Shiyue International Development Limited reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice and to refuse to replace products; in the event of any dispute, Shiyue International Development Limited shall have the final say.
