Things to know before purchasing
1.1 All treatments and/or products purchased by customers from Rac Beauty Group International Development Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "we") are subject to the following terms and conditions. Customers should understand and be aware that all treatments and/or products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable at the time of purchase, and treatments cannot be resold and/or transferred to others in any form. The Company reserves the right to make the final decision regarding all arrangements for the exchange of treatments and/or products.
1.2 If a customer has any special needs or health problems, such as (including but not limited to): pregnancy, having a pacemaker, having metal objects/stents in the body, etc., the customer should seek medical advice before purchasing the treatment and/or product and must bear the risks themselves. The company will not be liable for or compensate for any problems arising from the customer's health condition.
1.3 If a customer's health condition or special circumstances, such as (including but not limited to) death, cognitive impairment, etc., necessitate the transfer of membership to another person, a valid doctor's certificate must be provided for the necessary arrangements. A HK$500 administrative fee will be charged. The company reserves the right to make the final decision regarding all membership transfers.All treatments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. All treatments are subject to availability on the day of booking. The company reserves the absolute right to adjust or change the therapist's arrangements, and refunds are not possible for such changes. The company does not assign or accept specific service providers for any purchased treatments.
Treatment schedules are based on pre-booked times. If a customer fails to arrive at the scheduled time for their treatment, the treatment time will be reduced accordingly and will not be compensated. If a customer is absent or late by more than 15 minutes, the company reserves the right to automatically deduct the cost of the scheduled treatment service.
To cancel or change a treatment appointment, you must notify the branch where you made the appointment by phone or WhatsApp at least 4 hours before the original appointment time; otherwise, the cost of the treatment will be automatically deducted.
Treatment Value and Validity: Unless otherwise specified, all treatments are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase and will expire after that period. Customers should understand and agree that the 366th day is the system settlement date, and the cash value of all overdue treatments will be automatically reset to zero without further notice. The company reserves the right to handle and make the final decision regarding the application and arrangements of overdue treatments based on the actual circumstances.
Treatment Refund Policy
6.1 Under no circumstances will any treatment be refunded.
6.2 Customers are responsible for arranging their own time to complete all treatments within the validity period of the treatment. No refunds will be given for any overdue treatments.
6.3 Treatment appointments are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. The company will not accept refund requests based on the failure to make an appointment.
6.4 Customers must accept the services, therapists and/or doctors arranged by the Company. The Company will not accept the failure to book the designated service personnel, therapists and/or doctors as a reason for a refund application.
6.5 Customers must understand that product and/or treatment responses vary from person to person. Under no circumstances will the Company accept the reason for a refund as the product and/or treatment not being as expected.
6.6 If the customer fails to pay the remaining balance of the treatment within 60 days after the order is placed, the deposit will be deemed to have been automatically forfeited after 60 days, and the company will not make any further refund arrangements.Product Return and Exchange Policy: If any damage is found to the product, the customer must return or exchange it for an equivalent product at the relevant branch within 3 days from the date of purchase, presenting the receipt. Opened and/or used products will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Membership Termination or Cancellation: If a customer violates the terms of the contract, spreads rumors or maliciously defames online or offline, publishes false information, harasses other members, or engages in illegal or criminal activities at the company's stores, thereby affecting the company's normal operations, the company will report the matter to the police and/or take appropriate legal action. The company has the right to terminate a customer's membership immediately and simultaneously terminate the customer's right to enjoy the facilities or services provided by the company.
Other terms and conditions
9.1 Each time a customer visits our company for a treatment, they must present identification documents for staff to verify their identity.
9.2 The Company has installed closed-circuit television and audio recording systems in public areas to protect the interests of customers and safeguard the Company's property.
9.3 If you bring children and/or valuables to the store, the company will not be responsible for or compensate for any loss or damage.
9.4 Customers must use all of the Company’s equipment and/or facilities properly. The Company shall not be liable for or compensate for any accidents and/or damages caused by improper use or personal negligence of the customer.
9.5 If the Observatory hoists Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or issues a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, or there is severe weather or extreme weather, all reservations made at that time will be considered automatically cancelled. Customers will need to call the reservation branch to inquire about reservation changes.
9.6 The customer understands that the Company reserves the right to make any reasonable changes to the terms of this Agreement at any time, which will be listed and updated on the Company's official website (www.racbeautygroup.com). Please refer to the official website for details. In case of any dispute, the Company reserves the right of final decision and all other rights to pursue legal action.Disclaimer: The customer acknowledges that they have carefully read, understood, and comprehended the risks disclosed in the terms of this contract (the “Above Documents”), and understands that the customer has the right to request copies of the Above Documents from the Company for reference. The customer agrees to assume all risks mentioned in the Above Documents and signs this contract at the end. This contract supersedes any representations, warranties, and undertakings made between any employee of the Company and the customer prior to the entry into this contract. The customer agrees that the terms set forth in this written contract shall prevail. This contract is non-alterable and shall be deemed void. The customer agrees to disclose all of their medical records and/or reports to any relevant employees, medical staff, and doctors of the Company and its affiliated companies for access to relevant medical services and treatments.
Important matters
The terms of this contract may be amended from time to time without prior notice. All changes will be posted on this website. You should regularly check the latest version of the terms of this contract. In case of any discrepancy between the version posted on this website and previous versions, the current version shall prevail.
